My Philosophy: Health is Who You Are.
You have the power to design the life you want to live — one with less pain, more energy, and ultimate resilience — by being proactive and resolving your health issues before they arise. My unique mind-body system allows you to rid the notion that getting healthy has to be a difficult, scary, or lonely experience, but rather inspiring, fun, and doable. Health and wellness is not a separate entity, but in fact, the vehicle for accessing a fulfilling and purposeful life.

With the use of advanced lab testing analysis, food and nutrition, and emotional release techniques, I help patients take action through mind-body awareness. By addressing the body as a unified system and focusing on uncovering the root cause of my patients’ health challenges, I successfully help my patients regain their health, take back control over their own wellbeing and live symptom and disease-free.
Megan, Patient Care Manager
Hello! I’m so glad you’ve landed here on your quest to take control of your health. As the Patient Care Manager and the person who hears from patients first, I hear countless people saying “Enough is enough! I’m tired of feeling this way.” and then decide that this is exactly what they’ve been looking for.
Health can be a confusing journey, even a scary one, but it can also be fun and empowering. Just like you, I am constantly on a wellness journey, wanting to improve myself, learning to listen to the cues of my body, how it feels, and what choices cost me to function with less gas in the tank. That’s exactly what you get when you work with us — we fight for you to feel your best! I know how important this is because I’m like most of you. I am a working mom and wife, and it’s vital for me to not sacrifice my health because I know I cannot pour from an empty cup. It’s the essential core of how I live my life.

I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus in my early 20’s, an autoimmune disease that attacks my tissue and joints. Talk about rocking my world! I had a choice and decided to not let the pain and traditional mindset of, “There’s nothing you can do,” become my normal. One thing I did know is that our bodies are powerful and resilient! It was clearer than ever that I needed to nourish my body in every way possible. Every journey has a beginning, so I started where I knew how. I implemented a cleaner diet and daily yoga. Luckily, Dr. Jason Wibbenmeyer has worked (and continues to work) alongside my rheumatologist to support my body from every angle – what a game changer!
As I continue to master my lifestyle, I witness my body and health transform, not fitting the box of what someone with Lupus “should” look or feel like. My lupus specialist continues to be amazed and impressed with my lab results and my twice yearly report. He sees inflammatory markers drastically decrease, and what were once active antibodies are now “negative” over the years.
Everyone has a story — a journey. Your story is embraced here. It is safe here. What I’ve learned along the way is that it’s not only possible to achieve vibrant health, but it is the very least you deserve.
To help you thrive, I had to learn how to thrive myself.
After suffering from my own debilitating mental and physical health concerns and receiving no effective
or long-term solution from traditional medicine, I quickly realized I had to take my health and wellbeing
into my own hands through mind-body medicine. Listen to my story by watching the video below.
